I requested to buy Samsung S6 at the price of €635. UKGT did not get back to me for first 3 weeks, I have been calling to the person name Ash, after 3 weeks, Ash gave me number for his brother Kash, I spoken to Kash and they accepted my offer after 4/5 weeks, when price of the handsets dropped from €635 to €600. And UKGT left me negative feedback without consulting and talking to me. It is frustrating to deal with UKGT. My proposal was suppose to be accepted within 3 days after I sent buying request. But they accepted only when prices dropped. No brain
